Taught by World Middleweight champion MMA fighter Moe Fakhreddine our boxing classes are 60 minutes long and are usually structured in five “rounds” that include an intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and finishing with core work.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs," as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting and submission holds. BJJ focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. Choose from BJJ GI classes or BJJ no GI classes.
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean form of martial arts characterized by punching and kicking techniques, with emphasis on head-height kicks, spinning jump kicks, and fast kicking techniques.
We offer classes for children age 4years – 9years old.
Our Taekwondo classes are brought to you by the team from Champions Elite which was founded by Dr Habib Zarifeh, President of Lebanese Taekwondo Federation.
